HOW QUICKLY WILL I SEE RESULTS WITH DYSPORT ?

You may notice the results of Dysport in just 2-3 days. If you decide not to continue your Dysport treatment, your muscle activity will gradually return and your wrinkles will slowly disappear. Your wrinkles will not be worse than your pre-treatment state.

HOW LONG WILL THE EFFECTS OF A DYSPORT TREATMENT LAST ?

The effects of Dysport last beyond 4 months. It is important to note that results will vary from person to person. Speak with your cosmetic practitioner to discuss when you should be scheduled for your next treatment.

WHAT ARE THE SIDE EFFECTS OF DYSPORT ?

As with any cosmetic medical treatment, occasional side effects can occur. These can include headaches, pain, bruising, swelling, itchiness, a feeling of pins and needles or redness at the injection site. Muscle weakness such as drooping eyelids or eyebrows along with swelling of the eyelids may also occur. If you experience any of these unwanted side effects you should consult your cosmetic practitioner.

problem with sweating. Wet clothes from the heat

Hyperhidrosis (Excessive sweating)

Abnormally excessive sweating involving the extremities, underarms and face, usually unrelated to body temperature or exercise.

Dysport Sweat Reduction Procedure Tiny amounts of Dysport are injected directly into the area affected by excessive sweating (i.e. forehead, underarms) with a very thin needle. Multiple injections may be given upon your doctor’s assessment of the treatment area. No local anesthetic is usually required, but those especially sensitive to pain can ask their doctor to numb the injection area beforehand. The results of the treatment will begin to appear after 3-6 days. Over the next 6-9 months following treatment, the treated area will be sweat-free.
